Many of the physical items offered in this shop are vintage and pre-owned. Because of their age and history, they may show normal signs of wear, handling, storage, or previous ownership. This page is provided to help set clear expectations before purchase.
1. Vintage and Pre-Owned Items
Most physical books, magazines, and printed materials in this shop are not new. They may show age-related wear even when they are still complete, usable, and collectible.
Normal condition issues may include:
- writing or markings from previous owners
- sticker residue or signs of sticker removal
- yellowing from age or storage
- creased or dog-eared pages
- small tears to pages or covers
- clear tape used to stabilize tears
- edge wear, cover wear, or shelf wear
- light odors associated with age or long-term storage
These types of condition issues are common with vintage items and do not necessarily affect usability.
2. Completeness
I make every effort to check that pages, inserts, and patterns are present and attached when applicable.
If I notice a significant issue affecting completeness, I will do my best to mention it in the product listing.
3. Item-Specific Details
Because every vintage item is different, individual listings may include additional notes about condition when needed.
Please review product descriptions and photos carefully, especially if condition is important to you.
4. What to Expect
Unless otherwise stated, buyers should expect vintage physical items to show some signs of age, prior handling, or storage.
Many vintage publications remain perfectly usable and enjoyable despite minor flaws, and some wear is to be expected with older collectible materials.
