Because this shop offers vintage, pre-owned, and digital items, please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. All Sales Final
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, is materially different from its description, or there is an error with your order.
2. Vintage and Pre-Owned Items
Many items sold by Crochet Is My Yoga are vintage and pre-owned. Because of their age and prior use, normal signs of wear may be present.
These may include, but are not limited to:
- writing or markings from previous owners
- sticker residue or signs of sticker removal
- yellowing due to age or storage conditions
- creased or dog-eared pages
- small tears to pages or covers
- clear tape used to stabilize tears
- light wear from handling, storage, or shipping
- slight odors associated with age or prior storage conditions
I make every effort to describe items as accurately as possible and to ensure that patterns and pages are present and attached when applicable.
3. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, digital downloads, patterns, and electronically delivered files are non-returnable and non-refundable once access has been provided, except in cases of duplicate purchase or file defect.
If you experience a problem with a digital file, please contact me and I will do my best to help resolve the issue.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos if applicable.
If the issue is confirmed, I will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
5. Condition-Related Concerns
Because vintage items are sold as pre-owned collectibles, normal age-related wear does not qualify as a reason for return. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

6. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return or refund is due to an error on my part or damage that occurred before the item reached you.
