Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Crochet Is My Yoga.

This Shipping Policy explains how physical orders are processed and shipped. Please note that digital products are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.


1. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, whichever is more economical.

Delivery typically takes 2 to 11 business days, depending on destination and postal conditions.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Orders over 15 lbs qualify for free shipping within the United States.


2. Canada Shipping

Orders shipped to Canada are sent via USPS First-Class Package International Service.

Delivery usually takes 10 to 15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping charges are based on package weight and will be shown at checkout.

Please note that international buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, import taxes, or related charges required by their country.


3. International Shipping

International shipping beyond the United States and Canada may be available, but rates vary depending on destination, package weight, and package dimensions.

If you are located outside the U.S. or Canada, please contact me before placing your order to request a shipping quote.

Once shipping arrangements are confirmed, I will provide the appropriate total before your order is finalized.


4. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days after payment is received.

During holidays, promotions, or unusually busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


5. Tracking

Tracking information is provided for physical orders once they have shipped.

Please allow time for carrier updates to appear after the shipment notification is sent.


6. Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are provided as general guidelines only.

I am not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal service interruptions, customs processing, severe weather, holiday volume, or other carrier-related issues beyond my control.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible.

I will do my best to work with you and the carrier to help resolve the issue.


8. Digital Products

Digital products, including downloadable patterns or files, are delivered electronically and are not subject to physical shipping charges. Buyers purchasing digital goods through Payhip are typically given access through the post-purchase delivery flow and receipt/download process.
